Directions
Prepare Roasted Garlic
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Wrap the garlic cloves in foil and roast for about 20-25 minutes until soft. Allow to cool, then squeeze out the roasted garlic from the skins.
Make the Dip
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, roasted garlic, and chopped chives. Mix until smooth and well-combined.
Add Trout Roe
Gently fold in the smoked trout roe into the cream cheese mixture, being careful not to break the roe too much.
Assemble the Dip
Transfer the fish dip to a serving bowl. Top with pickled red onions and sprinkle black sesame seeds over the top.
Serve
Serve the applewood smoked fresh fish dip with wonton chips for dipping.
