Wine

1

Chill the bottle

Place the Spy Valley Sauvignon Blanc in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving. If you need it faster, submerge the bottle in an ice water bath (ice + water + a handful of salt) for 15–20 minutes until the neck feels cold (approx. 8–10°C / 46–50°F).

2

Remove the chilled bottle from the fridge or ice bath. Wipe any condensation from the bottle with a clean towel.

Serving

3

Prepare glass and garnish

If using, fill a white wine glass with 2–3 ice cubes or about 1/2 cup of crushed ice for an extra-cold presentation (optional). Alternatively serve without ice for standard tasting. Add a lemon wheel or lime wedge to the rim or float it in the glass if desired.

4

Pour

Hold the bottle at the base and pour gently into the white wine glass, filling to about one-third full (approximately 120–150 ml) to allow the wine to aerate and concentrate aromas.

5

Serve and enjoy

Present the glass immediately. Encourage sipping to experience the wine’s aromas of tropical fruit, citrus and fresh herbs, and its crisp, refreshing finish. If you opened the whole bottle, refrigerate any remaining wine and consume within 3–4 days for best freshness.
