Method

Wine & Glassware

1

Chill and prepare glass

Place the bottle of Riesling in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving, or 30 minutes in an ice bucket with water and ice. Select a chilled white wine glass (or medium stemmed glass) and, if desired, add 2–3 ice cubes to the glass for a slightly more refreshing, cooler drink.

2

Pour one standard serving of Kung Fu Girl Riesling into the prepared glass. A standard serving is about 5 fl oz (150 ml) — here represented as one glass. Pour gently to avoid splashing and to preserve aromas.

Garnish (optional)

3

If using a lemon twist: cut a thin strip of lemon peel, twist it over the glass to release oils, then drop it in or rest on the rim. If using a lemon wheel: cut a thin wheel and place it on the rim. Add a mint sprig and lightly clap it between your palms to release aromatics, then rest it alongside the lemon.

4

Serve immediately while chilled. Encourage guests to sip and enjoy the Riesling's floral and stone-fruit aromas, with the optional lemon or mint enhancing brightness.
