Single bottle
Refillable pitcher (optional)
Method
Single bottle
Check the bottle seal. Ensure the bottle cap is intact and the label indicates drinking-quality spring or purified water.
Chill (if needed)
If the water is not already chilled, place the sealed bottle in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or in an ice bucket for 10–15 minutes to cool quickly.
Open
Remove the cap by twisting it counterclockwise. Discard the cap or set it aside if you plan to reseal the bottle briefly.
Reseal and store: If you do not finish the bottle, tightly replace the cap and store the bottle in the refrigerator. Consume within 24–48 hours for best taste.
Refillable pitcher (optional)
Clean pitcher: Ensure the pitcher is clean. Rinse with warm water and mild soap, then rinse thoroughly to remove soap residue.
Fill
Pour 2 liters of filtered water into the clean pitcher.
Add ice and citrus (optional)
If desired, add up to 6 ice cubes and 4 citrus slices (lemon, lime, or orange) to the pitcher to chill and lightly flavor the water.
Chill
Place the pitcher in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to chill and allow flavors to infuse slightly, if citrus was added.
Serve: Pour chilled water into glasses as needed. Keep the pitcher covered in the refrigerator and consume within 24–48 hours for optimal freshness.
