5. Finish with Cream

Lower the heat and stir in the heavy cream. Let the butter chicken simmer for an additional 5 minutes, adjusting salt to taste.

6. Garnish and Serve

Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro before serving. Serve hot with rice or naan.
