Method
Cocktail
- 1
Build and shake
Add 2 oz Fortaleza Blanco, 0.5 oz peach liqueur, 0.5 oz pineapple amaro, 0.5 oz framboise, 0.5 oz fresh lime juice, 0.25 oz simple syrup and 1 dash Angostura bitters (if using) into a cocktail shaker. Fill the shaker with ice until about 3/4 full.
- 2
Shake vigorously for 12–15 seconds until the shaker is well-chilled and slightly frosted. This chills and dilutes the mixture to balance the spirit, fruit, and amaro components.
- 3
Double-strain the mixture into a chilled coupe or large Nick & Nora glass (or into a chilled flute if you prefer more sparkling contact) using a Hawthorne strainer and a fine mesh strainer to remove ice shards and any pulp.
Top & Garnish

Top with rosé
Gently top the strained cocktail with 2 oz chilled Champagne rosé. Pour slowly down the side of the glass to preserve effervescence and to create a delicate layer of bubbles and color.
