Cocktail Base

Method

Cocktail Prep

1

Combine base ingredients

Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Add 2 oz vodka, 0.75 oz yellow elderflower liqueur, and 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice to the shaker.

2

Shake

Secure the shaker lid and shake vigorously for 10–12 seconds until the outside of the shaker is frosty and the mixture is well chilled and slightly diluted.

Assemble & Serve

3

Prepare a tall Collins or pint glass by filling it with fresh cubed ice (about 1 cup).

4

Strain the shaken mixture over the ice in the glass using a fine strainer or the shaker’s built-in strainer to remove small ice shards and pulp.

5

Top the strained cocktail gently with 4 oz cold energy drink (vodka bull or similar), pouring slowly to retain effervescence. Stir once lightly with a bar spoon (1–2 gentle turns) to incorporate without flattening the mixer.

6

Garnish with a lemon wheel on the rim and an optional mint sprig for aroma. Serve immediately with a straw or stirring stick.
