Method
Cocktail
- 1
Muddle berries
Place the raspberries and blueberries into a cocktail shaker. Add the simple syrup if you prefer a slightly sweeter drink. Using a muddler or the back of a spoon, gently muddle the berries until they release their juices but still have some texture (about 8β12 seconds).
- 2
Add spirits and juice
Add the Sea Ice vodka (or vodka), peach schnapps, and fresh orange juice to the shaker with the muddled berries.
- 3
Add ice and shake
Fill the shaker about two-thirds full with ice. Secure the lid and shake vigorously for 12β15 seconds, until the outside of the shaker is cold and slightly frosty.
- 4
Strain and serve
Double-strain the cocktail into a chilled Collins glass or highball glass filled with fresh ice using a fine mesh strainer (to remove berry seeds and pulp). If you prefer more fruit presence, you can single-strain to keep some pieces in the glass.
- 5
Garnish
Thread 3β4 blueberries (and a raspberry if desired) on a cocktail pick or slide a lime wedge on the rim. Serve immediately.
