1. Chill glass

Place a champagne flute in the freezer for 5–10 minutes or fill it with ice water while you prepare ingredients to ensure the cocktail stays cold.

2. Combine spirits and juice

In a cocktail shaker or mixing glass filled with ice cubes, pour 1 oz Sea Ice Vodka, 1 oz peach schnapps, and 2 oz fresh orange juice. Stir gently for about 10–15 seconds to chill and slightly dilute.

3. Prepare glass

If you used ice water to chill the flute, empty and dry it. Optionally rub a thin orange twist along the rim for aroma.

4. Assemble

Strain the vodka / schnapps / orange juice mixture into the chilled champagne flute, leaving room at the top for the Prosecco (about 1/2 inch).

5. Top with Prosecco

Slowly pour 3 oz chilled Prosecco down the side of the glass so it layers gently and maintains effervescence. Stir once very gently with a bar spoon if needed to integrate.

6. Garnish and serve

Garnish with a fresh peach slice or a twist of orange on the rim. Serve immediately while bubbly.
