Cocktail

1

Chill glass

Place a copper mule mug or highball glass in the freezer for 5–10 minutes beforehand, or fill it with ice and set aside while you prep the ingredients.

2

Build cocktail

Add crushed ice to the chilled glass until roughly three-quarters full (about 1 cup).

3

Add spirits and juices

Pour 2 oz Tito's Handmade Vodka and 3 oz chilled pear juice over the ice, then add 0.5 oz freshly squeezed lime juice.

4

Top with ginger beer

Carefully top the mixture with 4 oz chilled ginger beer. Stir gently once or twice with a bar spoon to combine β€” avoid vigorous stirring to preserve carbonation.

5

Garnish & finish

Garnish with a thin pear slice and a lime wheel on the rim. Add a fresh mint sprig tucked beside the pear if using. Serve with a straw and a small stirrer.

6

Serving note

Taste and adjust: if you prefer more brightness, add an additional 0.25 oz lime juice; for sweeter, increase pear juice by 0.5 oz. Drink immediately while fizzy and cold.
