Method
Cocktail

- 2
Measure and combine
In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz Tito's Handmade Vodka, 0.75 oz freshly squeezed key lime juice, and 0.5 oz simple syrup (or 0.5 oz key lime puree if you prefer a thicker, fruit-forward texture).
- 3
Add ice and shake
Add about 6 medium ice cubes to the shaker. Secure the lid and shake vigorously for 12–15 seconds, until the outside of the shaker is very cold and the mixture is well-chilled and slightly frothy.
- 4
Strain
Discard ice or water from the chilled glass. Double-strain the cocktail into the chilled coupe/martini glass using a Hawthorne strainer and a fine mesh strainer (if using puree) to remove any pulp or ice shards.
Garnish / Finish
- 5
Garnish the cocktail with a single key lime wheel or thin lime slice on the rim. Optionally express a lime twist over the drink to add aromatic oils, then drop it in or discard.
