Method
Prepare Glass & Garnish
Chill glass
Place a tall glass (12–16 oz) in the freezer for 5–10 minutes to chill while you prepare the cocktail.
If using, thread 2–3 fresh raspberries onto a cocktail pick and set aside. Cut a pineapple wedge and a lemon wheel for the rim, and lightly slap a mint sprig between your palms to release aroma.
Blend the Cocktail
Add ice cubes (1 cup), vanilla ice cream (2 scoops), whipped vodka (3 tbs), raspberry liqueur (0.5 oz), Nutrl Orange (0.5 oz), lemonade (1 cup) and pineapple juice (0.5 cup) to a blender.
Blend on medium-high until smooth and creamy, about 20–30 seconds. If mixture is too thick, add 1–2 tablespoons of lemonade or pineapple juice and pulse briefly until you reach a thick but pourable consistency. If too thin, add a small additional scoop of ice cream and pulse once or twice.
Assemble & Serve
Pour the blended Lakeside Cooler into the chilled glass, leaving a little headspace if topping with garnish.
