Directions

1

Prepare the Baguette

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the baguette into 1/2 inch slices and brush both sides with olive oil. Arrange the slices on a baking sheet.

2

Toast the Baguette

Bake the baguette slices in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes or until they are golden brown and crisp. Remove from the oven and set aside.

3

Cook the Spinach

In a large skillet, sauté the minced garlic in a little olive oil over medium heat for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add the chopped spinach and cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat.

4

Mix the Dip

In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

5

Bake the Dip

Transfer the spinach mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly. Bake in the oven at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.

6

Serve

Remove from the oven and serve warm with the toasted baguette slices.
