Prepare the Ingredients
Wash the fresh strawberries thoroughly. Remove the stems and cut them into halves.
Juicing Fruits
Juice the fresh grapefruit and orange to obtain the required amounts of juice.
Mixing the Cocktail
In a cocktail shaker, combine the bourbon, French sweet vermouth, pamplemousse liqueur, vanilla liqueur, fresh grapefruit juice, fresh orange juice, and orange acid.
Add Strawberries and Ice
Add the halved strawberries and ice cubes to the shaker.
Shake it Up
Securely close the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to mix and chill the ingredients.
Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass. Optionally, garnish with a slice of grapefruit or a strawberry.
