Cocktail Preparation
Prepare the Glass
Begin by chilling your cocktail glass. Fill it with ice water and set aside while you prepare the cocktail.
Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Ritual zero-proof gin, prickly pear puree, ginger syrup, fresh lime juice, and rose water.
Shake the Cocktail
Add ice cubes to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
Strain and Serve
Empty the ice water from your cocktail glass. Strain the mixture from the shaker into the chilled glass.
Garnish
Garnish the cocktail with a lime wheel and a sprig of mint for an added touch of freshness.
