Strawberry Shake

Enjoy a creamy and refreshing regular-sized strawberry shake made with ripe strawberries and smooth vanilla ice cream.

Wash the fresh strawberries thoroughly under running water. Pat them dry with a paper towel. Remove the green tops and slice them in half.

Prepare the Strawberries

Take the goat cheese out of the refrigerator and let it sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes for easier spreading. Once softened, you can either crumble it or slice it into rounds.

Chop the walnuts coarsely if they are not pre-chopped. You can toast them in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 3-5 minutes to enhance their flavor, stirring frequently.
