Method
Cocktail Preparation
Prepare the Cocktail Base
In a cocktail shaker, combine Tito's vodka, pickled pepper brine, caper brine, and olive brine. Fill the shaker with ice.
Shake the Mixture
Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
Strain into Glass
Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass. You can use a fine mesh strainer for a smoother finish.
Prepare the Garnish
On a toothpick or cocktail skewer, thread a green olive, a piparra pepper, and a white anchovy to create a pintxo.
Garnish the Cocktail
Place the pintxo garnish on the rim of the martini glass or inside the drink as preferred.
