In a large pot, bring 1 liter of water to a boil. Add 0.5 kg of barley malt and stir well. Maintain the temperature at around 65°C for 60 minutes.

Mashing

After mashing, drain the liquid (wort) into another pot. Bring the wort to a boil and add 0.1 kg of hops. Boil for 60 minutes.

Boiling

Cool the wort rapidly using a wort chiller or an ice bath until it reaches about 20°C.

Cooling

Transfer the cooled wort to a fermentation vessel. Sprinkle 10 g of yeast over the surface and seal the vessel. Allow it to ferment for 1-2 weeks at room temperature.

Fermentation

Once fermentation is complete, dissolve 50 g of priming sugar in a small amount of water, and add it to the beer. Bottle the beer and cap it securely.

Bottling

Store the bottles in a cool, dark place for at least 2 weeks to carbonate.

Conditioning

During the last week of conditioning, add 10 g of orange peel and 5 g of coriander seeds to one of the bottles to infuse flavor.
