Method
Blend base
Prepare frozen ingredients
Remove frozen açaí packets from their packaging. If packets are too hard to break up, run under warm water for 5–10 seconds, then snap open and add contents to the blender.
Add the frozen açaí purée, frozen mixed berries, frozen banana chunks, and any optional protein or greens powder to a high-speed blender.
Taste and adjust sweetness if needed, blending briefly to incorporate any adjustment.
Assemble bowls
Add fresh toppings & crunch
Arrange sliced banana, strawberries, blueberries, and kiwi in neat rows or clusters on top of each bowl for an attractive presentation.
Sprinkle granola across the center or edge of each bowl for crunch.
Scatter shredded coconut, chia seeds, and chopped almonds over the fruit and granola.
Finish with a small pinch of bee pollen or goji berries if using, for color and an upscale touch.
Serve
Serve immediately with a spoon. If preparing for a group event, keep blended base chilled and assemble bowls just before serving to preserve texture and crunch.
Leftover blended açaí can be stored in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 1 week; let soften in the refrigerator for 10–20 minutes and stir before serving.
