Prepare the Glass
If desired, rim the glass with salt by running a lime wedge around the rim and dipping it into salt.
Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine aguamiel, bacanora, fresh lime juice, smoky mezcal, and Angostura bitters.
Shake it Up
Add ice cubes to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to chill the mixture.
Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with fresh ice.
Garnish
Garnish with a lime wheel on the rim of the glass.
