Place the marinated chicken or tofu in the steaming basket. Cover and steam for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature should reach 75°C/165°F) or until the tofu is heated through.
5. Steam the Vegetables
In the last 5 minutes of steaming the chicken or tofu, add the mixed vegetables to the steaming basket to cook them through.
6. Serve
Once done, remove from heat and serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds if desired.
