Cooking Instructions
Prepare the Ingredients
In a large pot, fill with 4 cups of water and bring to a boil. While waiting, cut the Andouille sausage into 1-inch pieces, and the corn into halves if desired. Clean the baby potatoes.
Cook the Potatoes
Once the water is boiling, add the baby potatoes to the pot and let them cook for about 10 minutes until they start to soften.
Add Sausage and Corn
Add the Andouille sausage and corn to the pot. Season with Old Bay Seasoning. Cover and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
Add Snow Crab
Carefully add the snow crab legs to the pot and cover. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes or until the crab is heated through.
Prepare Garlic Butter
While the seafood and vegetables are cooking, melt 1/2 cup of butter with 3 cloves of minced garlic in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir until combined and fragrant.
Serve
Once everything is cooked, carefully drain the pot and transfer the contents to a large serving platter. Drizzle with garlic butter and serve hot.
