Preparation Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Cedar Plank Salmon
Soak the cedar plank in water for at least 1 hour. Preheat the grill to medium heat. Season the salmon fillet with salt and pepper, then place it on the soaked cedar plank. Grill for about 15-20 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- 2
Assemble the Salad
In a large bowl, combine the microgreen blend, chopped green apple, edamame, and marcona almonds. Crumble the goat cheese over the top.
- 3
Add the Salmon
Once the salmon is done cooking, remove it from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. Flake the salmon into large pieces and add it to the salad.
- 4
Prepare the Dressing
In a small bowl, mix together ginger soy sauce and sriracha to taste. Drizzle the dressing over the salad.
- 5
Serve
Toss the salad gently to combine, then serve immediately.
