Method

Mini Frittatas

1

Prepare the Frittata Mixture

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until well combined. Stir in the diced bell peppers and onions.

2

Cook the Frittatas

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin with olive oil. Pour the egg mixture into the muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the egg is set. Let cool before removing.

Crispy Fried Chicken

3

Marinate the Chicken

In a bowl, soak the chicken breasts in buttermilk for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight for best results.

4

Prepare the Breading

In a shallow dish, mix flour, paprika, salt, and black pepper together.

5

Fry the Chicken

Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat. Remove chicken from buttermilk, allowing excess to drip off, and dredge in the flour mixture. Fry chicken for 6-8 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Drain on paper towels.

Applewood Smoked Bacon

6

Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the applewood smoked bacon until crispy, about 6-8 minutes. Drain on paper towels.

Sage Sausage

7

Cook the Sausage

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sage sausage links until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes. Remove and set aside.

Cinnamon Roll

8

Prepare the Cinnamon Rolls

Preheat the oven according to package instructions for the cinnamon roll dough. Roll out the dough and sprinkle with brown sugar and ground cinnamon. Roll up tightly and slice into rolls.

9

Bake the Cinnamon Rolls

Place rolls in a greased baking dish and bake according to package instructions until golden brown. Drizzle with icing before serving.

French Toast

10

Prepare the French Toast Batter

In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until well combined.

11

Cook the French Toast

Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, allowing excess to drip off. Cook in the skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Smoked Salmon

12

Prepare the Smoked Salmon Plate

On a platter, arrange the smoked salmon slices. Top with dollops of cream cheese and sprinkle with capers and fresh dill. Serve with lemon wedges.
