Method
Cocktail

- 2
Shake
Add 2 oz 44 North Nectarine vodka, 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice, 0.5 oz honey syrup and a generous scoop of ice to a cocktail shaker. Secure the lid and shake vigorously for 12–15 seconds until the shaker feels very cold.
- 3
Strain
Double-strain the mixture into a chilled coupe or rocks glass with fresh ice (use a fine mesh strainer in addition to the shaker strainer if you want to remove small ice shards and pulp).
Garnish & Finish
- 4
Lightly slap the rosemary sprig between your palms to release its aromatics, then place it on the surface of the cocktail as a garnish. Optionally float a thin nectarine slice on the surface or rim the glass with it.
- 5
Serve immediately. Advise the drinker to give the rosemary a gentle sniff before sipping to enjoy the herbaceous aroma with the nectarine and honey notes.
