Method

Prepare & Assemble

  1. 1

    Chill glass (optional)

If desired, place a copper mule mug or highball glass in the freezer for 5–10 minutes to chill, or fill it with ice and discard after 1 minute.

  2. 2

Fill the chilled mule mug or highball glass with fresh cubed ice, leaving room at the top for liquid and garnish.

  3. 3

Pour 2 oz pineapple vodka over the ice.

  4. 4

Add 1/2 oz fresh lime juice (about the juice of half a small lime). If you prefer less tartness, reduce to 1/3 oz.

  5. 5

Top with approximately 4 oz Cock'n Bull Ginger Beer. Pour gently to preserve carbonation.

  6. 6

Stir gently once with a bar spoon or long spoon to combine vodka, lime and ginger beer without losing fizz.

Garnish & Serve

  1. 7

Garnish the drink with a lime wheel or wedge on the rim and a pineapple wedge or chunk on a pick. Add a mint sprig for aroma if using.

  2. 8

Serve immediately with a short straw or stirrer. Recommend drinking while cold and fizzy.
