Prepare the Glass

Select a rocks glass or an old-fashioned glass and set it aside.

Mix the Ingredients

In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of Four Roses Bourbon, 1 oz of Rakomelo, and 0.5 oz of fresh lemon juice.

Add Honey

Add 1 tsp of honey to the shaker. If needed, use a spoon to help dissolve the honey into the mixture.

Shake the Mixture

Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

Strain the Cocktail

Using a strainer, pour the mixture into the prepared glass filled with ice.

Garnish the Drink

Chop or crush the walnuts and sprinkle them on top of the cocktail as a garnish.
