Marinade

Method

Marinating

1

Prepare the Marinade

In a large bowl, combine the jerk seasoning, buttermilk, lime juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Whisk together until well blended.

2

Marinate the Wings

Add the chicken wings to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight for maximum flavor.

Grilling

3

Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

4

Prepare the Wings for Grilling

Remove the wings from the marinade, allowing excess marinade to drip off. Brush the wings lightly with olive oil to prevent sticking.

5

Grill the Wings

Place the wings on the grill and cook for about 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until the wings are golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).

6

Add Fresh Herbs

Once the wings are cooked, remove them from the grill and sprinkle with chopped fresh herbs for added flavor.
