Method

Preparation

1

Prepare the Fruits

Wash the strawberries under cold water, remove the stems, and slice them in half. Peel the mango, remove the pit, and chop it into chunks. Chop the pineapple into small pieces.

2

Blend the Fruits

In a blender, combine the prepared strawberries, mango chunks, and chopped pineapple. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Mixing

3

Add Sweetener

Add the granulated sugar and lemon juice to the blended fruit mixture. Blend again until the sugar is fully dissolved, and the mixture is well combined.

Freezing

4

Freeze the Mixture

Pour the fruit mixture into a shallow dish or a freezer-safe container. Spread it evenly, cover with plastic wrap or a lid, and place it in the freezer. Freeze for at least 4-6 hours until solid.

5

Fluff and Serve

After freezing, use a fork to fluff the sorbet to create a light texture. Serve in bowls or cups and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
