Place the hulled strawberries, watermelon cubes, and cantaloupe cubes in a blender. Pulse 6–8 times until broken down but still a little textured — you want a strained juice with light body, not a heavy purée.

Prepare fruits

Pour the blended fruit into a fine-mesh sieve set over a bowl. Using the back of a spoon or spatula, press to extract about 400–450 ml of bright fruit juice. Discard thick pulp or reserve for another use (smoothie, granita).

Chill the strained juice briefly in the fridge if not using immediately (10–15 minutes) so the finished beverage stays crisp.

In a mixing pitcher, combine the strained fruit juice with elderflower liqueur (or syrup), fresh lemon juice, and light agave syrup. Stir gently to integrate. Taste and adjust sweetness: the whole profile should be light and crisp with delicate floral lift — add up to 1 tsp more agave/syrup if needed.

If using rose water, add only 1/2 tsp first, stir, taste, and add up to 1 tsp total. Rose water is potent — you want just a whisper of floral aroma, not perfume.

Add a tiny pinch of fine sea salt to the pitcher and stir. The salt brightens fruit flavors and enhances the perceived mineral finish.

If using vermouth bianco for complexity, stir in 30 ml now and taste. The vermouth adds a subtle herbal-mineral backbone that supports the clean finish; omit for a purely nonalcoholic version.

Slowly fold in the chilled sparkling water (600 ml) to the pitcher, stirring gently once — do not vigorously stir so you retain effervescence. The beverage should be light, crisp, and slightly effervescent.

Fill six tall Collins or wine glasses with ice (about 4 cups total distributed among glasses).

Pour the Wonderworl Riviera mixture over the ice, distributing evenly (about 125–170 ml per glass depending on ice displacement). Leave a small headspace for garnish.

Garnish each glass with a couple of thin strawberry slices slid onto the rim or floated, a small cantaloupe wedge or melon ball on a pick, and an edible flower or mint sprig. Serve immediately while effervescent and cold.

If preparing for a pitcher service, keep chilled and add sparkling water just before serving to preserve bubbles.
