Blend the Base Ingredients

In a blender, combine the coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, white rum, dark rum, and sherry.

Add the Flavorings

To the blender, add the vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, almond extract, and a pinch of salt.

Blend Until Smooth

Blend all the ingredients on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and well combined.

Taste and Adjust

Taste the coquito and adjust the flavors if needed. You can add more spices or sweetened condensed milk to taste.

Chill the Coquito

Pour the mixture into a bottle or container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best flavor.

Serve

Serve the coquito chilled. Optionally, garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg before serving.
