Preparation
1. Chill the Ingredients
Place the Palma Cuban Lager, Aperol, and club soda in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes prior to preparing the drink. This ensures that your spritz will be refreshing and cold.
2. Prepare the Glass
Choose a large wine glass or a highball glass and fill it with ice to the brim. This will help keep your drink cold and refreshing.
Mixing
3. Combine Ingredients
Pour 3 oz of Aperol over the ice in the glass, followed by 2 oz of fresh grapefruit juice. Gently stir to combine the flavors without losing the carbonation.
4. Add Lager and Club Soda
Slowly add 12 oz of Palma Cuban Lager to the mixture, followed by 4 oz of club soda. Stir gently once more to combine all ingredients.
Garnishing
5. Add Garnish
Garnish your Bermuda Spritz with 2 slices of fresh grapefruit and 6 mint leaves. This adds a wonderful aroma and a pop of color.
6. Serve
Serve immediately while cold, and enjoy your refreshing Bermuda Spritz!
