1. Prepare the Rice

Place the cod in the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque.

4. Assemble the Dish

On each plate, serve the cooked rice as a base, top with sautéed vegetables, and arrange the cod fillets and shrimp on top. Serve with a side of mixed salad greens, dressed lightly with olive oil and lemon juice.
