Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add gluten-free pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add halved cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes until they soften.
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, along with fresh basil, salt, and black pepper. Toss everything together to combine.
Plate the pasta and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
