Prepare the Wings

Add seasoned wings to the pot, making sure they are fully submerged in oil. Cook for about 1.5 to 2 hours until tender.

In a small saucepan, combine peach preserves, sriracha sauce, soy sauce, and lime juice. Simmer over low heat until the mixture is well combined and slightly thickened, about 5-10 minutes.

Make the Spicy Peach Glaze

Once the wings are cooked, remove them from the oil and toss them in the spicy peach glaze until evenly coated.

Glaze the Wings

Arrange carrot sticks, celery sticks, and cucumber slices on a platter for serving.

Prepare the Crudites

Serve the glazed wings alongside the crudites.
