Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Ingredients

Rinse the branzino fillets under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.

2

Sauté the Vegetables

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Then, add the English peas and sweet corn. Cook for 5-7 minutes until tender. Stir in lemon juice and chopped parsley, then remove from heat.

3

Cook the Branzino

In the same skillet, push the vegetables to the side and add the branzino fillets skin-side down. Cook for about 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy. Carefully flip the fillets and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

4

Serve

Plate the branzino fillets with the sautéed English peas and sweet corn. Drizzle any remaining pan juices over the top and garnish with extra parsley if desired.
