Winemaking Process
1. Harvesting
Carefully hand-pick Tempranillo grapes at optimal ripeness to maintain quality.
2. Crushing and Fermentation
Crush the grapes and ferment them in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures for about 2 weeks.
3. Aging
Transfer the wine to American oak barrels for aging for 12 months to develop flavor and complexity.
4. Bottling
