Method

Kebab Preparation

1

Mix the Lamb Mixture

In a large bowl, combine the ground lamb, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley. Mix well until fully combined.

2

Form the Kebabs

Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each portion around a skewer, pressing firmly to form kebabs.

3

Grill the Kebabs

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the kebabs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through and slightly charred.

Pomegranate Yogurt Preparation

4

Prepare the Yogurt

In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, pomegranate seeds, honey, and lemon juice. Stir until well mixed and set aside.

Pickled Cucumber Salad Preparation

5

Make the Pickling Solution

In a separate bowl, whisk together the white vinegar, water, sugar, and salt until dissolved.

6

Pickle the Cucumbers

Add the sliced cucumbers and chopped dill to the pickling solution. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes to pickle.
