Method
Preparing the Cocktail
Mix the Base
In a cocktail shaker, combine vodka, tomato juice, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, celery salt, black pepper, and pickle juice. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well.
Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a tall glass filled with ice. Set aside while you prepare the slider.
Making the Cheeseburger Slider
Prepare the Patty
Form the ground beef into a small patty (about 2 ounces) and season with salt and black pepper.
Cook the Patty
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patty for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until it reaches your desired doneness. In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on top to melt.
Assemble the Slider
Place the cooked patty on the slider bun. Top with bacon, pickle slices, and any additional toppings you desire.
