Method
Cocktail
Prepare glass
Fill a highball or Collins glass with ice cubes until nearly full (about 1 cup).
Combine spirits and sour
In a cocktail shaker or mixing glass filled with ice, pour the tequila, vodka, white rum, gin, and Cointreau. Add the fresh lemon juice and simple syrup. Secure the shaker lid and shake vigorously for 8β10 seconds until well chilled and slightly diluted.
Strain and top
Strain the chilled mixture into the prepared ice-filled glass. Gently pour the cola over the top (about 2 oz) β the cola will create the characteristic 'tea' color and float slightly to mix.
Notes on balance
Taste before serving; if the drink is too tart, add a splash more simple syrup (about 0.25 oz). If itβs too sweet, add a squeeze more lemon (about 0.25 oz) or a little more cola to dilute.
