Panino Assembly
Method
Citrus Dressing Preparation
Mix the Dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, orange juice, and honey until well combined.
Season the Dressing
Add salt and black pepper to taste, adjusting as desired. Set aside to let the flavors meld.
Panino Assembly
Prepare the Bread
Take two slices of ciabatta bread and lightly toast them until golden brown. This adds a nice crunch to the panino.
Layer the Ingredients
On one slice of toasted ciabatta, place the burrata cheese and gently spread it out.
Add Spinach and Pepperoni
Top the burrata with fresh spinach and crispy pepperoni slices, ensuring an even distribution.
Drizzle with Truffle Oil
Drizzle the truffle oil over the filled slice of bread for added flavor.
Finish the Panino
Top with the second slice of toasted ciabatta to create a sandwich. If desired, press down gently.
Serve with Dressing
Slice the panino in half and serve with the citrus dressing on the side for dipping.
