Preparation Steps
Prepare the Coffee
Slow steep your coffee using your preferred method to extract a rich flavor. This can take about 4-5 minutes.
Mix Ingredients
In a heatproof glass, combine the Licor 43 and the slow steeped coffee. Stir gently to mix.
Add Flavorings
Add the cinnamon stick for flavor and let it steep for about 1-2 minutes. Then, add the orange oil and stir again.
Sweeten
Taste your Carajillo and add sugar to your liking, stirring until fully dissolved.
Serve
Remove the cinnamon stick, and serve hot or over ice for a refreshing twist.
