Pasta Preparation
Cook the Tagliatelle
In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the tagliatelle according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Shrimp & Sauce
Sauté the Shrimp
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add rock shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink.
Add the Sauce Ingredients
Stir in calabrian chile paste, oven roasted tomatoes, sliced olives, white wine, vegetable broth, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs, chopped capers, lemon zest, parsley, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Assembly
Combine and Serve
Add the cooked tagliatelle to the skillet with the shrimp sauce, tossing to coat. Serve topped with lemon-caper breadcrumbs.
