Preparation

1

Brew the Espresso

Start by brewing a fresh shot of espresso using your espresso machine or stovetop espresso maker. Aim for a strong and rich flavor.

2

Measure the Licor 43

In a separate measuring cup, pour 1 oz of Licor 43. This sweet, vanilla-flavored liqueur will complement the coffee.

3

Combine Ingredients

In a heatproof glass or cup, carefully pour the freshly brewed espresso over the Licor 43. The heat from the espresso will slightly warm the liqueur.

4

Add Garnish

Sprinkle a teaspoon of cinnamon powder on top of the drink and add the orange zest for an aromatic finish.

5

Serve

Serve the Carajillo immediately while hot, allowing the drinker to mix the layers for a delightful coffee experience.
