Carefully harvest the Tempranillo, Graciano, and Garnacha grapes from the vineyards in Haro and surrounding villages, ensuring only the best quality grapes are selected.

Harvesting

Sort the grapes to remove any damaged or unripe fruit, retaining only the best for fermentation.

Sorting

Crush the sorted grapes in the fermentation tank to release the juice.

Crushing

Allow the crushed grapes to ferment at controlled temperatures for approximately 10-14 days, regularly monitoring the sugar levels.

Fermentation Process

Once fermentation is complete, press the mixture to separate the liquid from the solids.

Pressing

Transfer the wine into barrels for aging. Age the wine for a minimum of 12 months in oak barrels to develop its flavors.

Aging

Once aging is complete, carefully bottle the wine into 750ml bottles, ensuring minimal exposure to air.

Bottling

Label the bottles appropriately as Bodegas Roda 'I Reserva' and store them in a cool, dark place until ready for consumption.
