Place the bottle in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours prior to serving. If you need to chill quickly, submerge bottle in an ice bath (ice and water) for 15–20 minutes until it reaches about 8–10°C (46–50°F).

Chill

Remove capsule and wipe the top of the bottle. Use a corkscrew to carefully remove the cork. Wipe the bottle lip with a clean cloth. Inspect pour to ensure no sediment or cork fragments are present.

Open

Pour about 120–150 ml (4–5 oz) per glass, filling to the widest part of the bowl to concentrate aromas. For tasting, pour smaller 60–90 ml (2–3 oz) portions to observe aroma and palate development.

Pour

Serve at 8–10°C (46–50°F). The wine is balanced and vibrant: note fresh apple and tropical fruit aromas, a fine layer of fresh herbs and minerality, and a juicy, salivating palate. Encourage guests to sniff gently, swirl once to release more aromatics, and taste to appreciate the interplay of fruit, herb, and acidity.

Serve Temperature & Enjoy

Select clean, tulip-shaped white wine glasses to capture the wine’s aromatics. Ensure glasses are at room temperature (no freezer chill) and free of detergent residue.

If using an ice bath, place the chilled bottle in a bucket with 4 cups of ice and enough cold water to surround the bottle. Monitor temperature and remove once it reaches serving temperature.

Provide a small pitcher of room-temperature water for palate cleansing between tastings or food pairings.

Arrange light snacks such as mild goat cheese, fresh oysters, citrus-marinated shrimp, or a simple herb-crusted melon to complement the wine’s acidity, herb note, and tropical fruit character.

If desired, lightly clap a parsley or thyme sprig between your hands to release its aromatic oils and rest it on the rim of the glass (do not drop into the wine). Alternatively, place a thin lemon or lime slice on the rim to accentuate the wine’s citrus and tropical notes.

Advise guests to smell the herb garnish before sipping to experience the layered herbaceous character that complements the wine’s minerality.
