Place the rosé in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving so it reaches 8–10°C (46–50°F). If short on time, place bottle in an ice bucket with equal parts ice and water for 20–30 minutes.

If using ice, add 2 cubes to each glass just before pouring to preserve chill without watering down quickly.

Pour the rosé into chilled white wine glasses, filling to about one-third to allow aromas to concentrate and the bright, saline finish to show.
