Fill a wine glass with ice cubes.

Pour 3 oz of Aperol over the ice.

Add Sparkling Wine
Pour in 3 oz of sparkling wine.

Top with Soda Water
Add 1 oz of soda water on top.

Garnish and Serve
Garnish with a slice of orange and serve immediately.
