Clean the Seafood

Rinse all seafood under cold water and remove any shells or inedible parts. Pat dry with paper towels.

Prepare the Sauce

Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in lemon juice, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional minute, then remove from heat.

Cook the Seafood

In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the shrimp and squid for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside. In the same pot, cook the scallops for 2-3 minutes until golden. Finally, steam the mussels until they open, about 5 minutes.

Plate the Seafood

Arrange the cooked seafood on a large platter. Drizzle the prepared sauce over the top and garnish with lemon wedges.
