Cooking Directions

1

Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, mix together olive oil, lime juice, cumin, chili powder, and salt. Add the fish fillets and coat well. Let marinate for 15-20 minutes.

2

Grill the Fish

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the marinated fish for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and flaky. Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes.

3

Warm the Tortillas

While the fish is grilling, warm the corn tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side until soft and pliable.

4

Assemble the Tacos

Flake the grilled fish into bite-sized pieces. In each tortilla, add some fish, shredded cabbage, sliced avocado, chopped cilantro, and a dollop of sour cream. Drizzle with hot sauce to taste.

5

Serve

Serve the fish tacos immediately while warm, alongside extra lime wedges if desired.
